Semiconductor Technical Manuals, Spec Sheets & Circuits .

I have three boxes of semiconductor Technical handbooks, spec sheets and articles etc from up to mid 1975. Both British (Mullard, Plessey, Ferranti etc) Amercan (GE, RCA, Monsanto etc), German (Seimens). These cover the whole gamut from transistors, diodes, rectifiers, logic ICs asnd analogue ICs. No charge. I just want them to go somewhere where they will prove useful. To be collected though.
