Cold room - Commercial *

Hi I have a large cold room in good nick other then it needs a new motor. This will cost no more then 400. This fridge would be worth at least 1500 with a new motor installed, but as we are getting a larger one installed not going to bother. This is a bargain already but I may be open to sensible offers.
